As a individual entreprise VAT is not applicable according to article 293 B of the General French Tax Code.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping may varie. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
France : 1 to 3 business days
Europe: 2 to 4 business days
North America: 5-10 business days
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method. Without any other agreements we’ll ship via LaPoste. If you want another provider or service please contact us.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ariane Mariane is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Insurance
If you want your package shipped with insurance please convoi us and we will let you know the extra costs!
Tracking number
Our shipping prices are for standard shipping through LaPoste. There is no tracking for orders under 200 euros, except you ask us to add one.
Orders with a value over 200 euros are automatically shipped with a tracking number.
If you want us to ship with a traceable tracking number please contact us and we will let you know extra costs.
Digital downloads
File delivery
Your files will be available to download in the Order Confirmation page once the payment is confirmed.
You’ will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.
This link will expire 24 hours after it's first clicked.
